This page explains how to delete your account in the VIPvan – Moving & Delivery app (by VIPvan, Dublin).
How to request deletion
- Send an email to manandvandublin@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my VIPvan app account”.
- Include the email address or mobile number you use to sign in to the app.
- We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account (name, email, mobile number, password), saved addresses, photos, item lists and chat messages.
What is kept
Records of completed jobs (date, route and price) may be kept for up to 6 years where required for accounting and tax law, then deleted.
You can also ask us to delete only some of your data (for example photos or chat messages) without deleting your account – email us at the same address.
